Hello, and welcome. I’m Caitlin, a neurodivergent therapist offering neurodivergent therapy in Stirling and online for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults (diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or self-identifying).
I offer a neurodiversity-affirming, relational approach to therapy that moves away from rigid, one-size-fits-all models. Instead, we work in a way that takes into account your capacity, lived experience, and individual needs.

About Therapy with Me
Many people I work with are autistic or ADHD adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in cycles of pushing through and crashing. Others may be struggling with masking, self-criticism, anxiety, or the sense that everyday life takes more effort than it seems to for others.
Together, we take time to understand what is happening beneath those experiences, so things can begin to feel more understandable and less self-blaming.
Why I work this way
My approach comes from both professional and personal experience. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in mental health settings including the NHS and third-sector organisations for over 10 years.
While I valued the work, I often found that rigid systems didn’t fit the needs of many autistic, ADHD and LGBTQIA+ people I supported. This led me to develop a more flexible, neurodiversity-affirming way of working in my private practice.

Working Together
