I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy in Stirling and online for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults (diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or self-identifying) who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns of pushing through and crashing.
As your therapist, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where we can explore your experiences at your pace.
How I Work in Therapy
I will not tell you what to do. Instead, I support you to understand yourself, your patterns, and what is making things feel difficult.
My aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you make sense of your experiences so you can begin to relate to yourself with more understanding and less self-blame.
I work in an integrative way, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you.

Who I Work With:
I work with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults, as well as neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults who may be experiencing burnout, overwhelm, masking, anxiety, or difficulties with everyday life feeling more demanding than it should.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to access therapy.
What Sessions Can Look Like:
Therapy can look different depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. This might include indoor sessions, online therapy, outdoor walk-and-talk sessions, or creative approaches to communication.
We can also adapt how we work together over time, depending on your needs and capacity.
